Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  We do allow customers to send in certain items such as T-shirts or apparel for size exchanges. (Depending on the size there may be a balance due). We do offer customers a service where you can send in your wig if it is not to your liking and needs minor changes! (please check wig maintenance, under wig services  Wigs with lace cut will not be returned!!
